Once you approve our Quote, payment terms are 50% up front, with the remaining 50% payable upon completion of the installation. Installation will normally commence within two weeks, or sooner depending on availability of materials. We will install your system as quickly as possible, and back the quality of our workmanship with a 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee and Warranty on Materials and Labour.
Following installation, we can monitor your system 24/7/365 in our local Central Monitoring Station. Our monitoring price starts at CI$1,200 per year. Pricing is dependent on the size and complexity of risk factors involved with your business. For an additional CI$15.00 per month, you can elect our Emergency Response Team Service. This will give you added protection, in that if there is an incident at your premises and we are unable to contact you, then we would quickly dispatch a member of our Response Team to secure your premises until either you, or the Police, arrive.

For our Fire System customers, our Central Station Agents provide the invaluable service of dispatching the appropriate authorities to your business site urgently in case of fire or a fire concern. Fires double in size every ten seconds, so every second counts when it comes to protecting lives and your livelihood!
