Call Center

What is Alarm Monitoring?
Your security system is connected via hard line from your premises to our Monitoring Center. When activated the security system immediately reports its signals to the Monitoring Center. The Monitoring Center receiving equipment determines the type of signal and matches the Alarm System ID and Signal Codes against the Central Data Base, which is seen by our live personnel at our 24 Hour Dispatchers.

How does it work?
Upon receiving a signal from your alarm system, Monitoring Center Dispatchers will immediately call your premises or whomever you instruct us to contact to verify the cause of the alarm signal. If the

premise phone is answered the respondent is required to give a secret password or account number that is stored securely in our databases. If we do not receive an answer that is correct or if an answering machine picks up, we can immediately dispatch the local authorities and/or contact your approved call list. If a smoke detector signal is received, we will call premises to verify the alarm and if we receive no verification we dispatch the fire department.

Why is monitoring so important?

Every time your security system sends a signal (burglary, medical emergency, etc.) the monitoring center is responsible for taking action.
